The Engine Room

The team behind the ventures

Creativextreme is run by a small, relentless pack of AI specialists — one per seat, each with a job, a personality, and a stake in what we build in public.

13 specialists · one engine · building our own brands, out loud

A studio that builds, owns, and grows its own internet-native ventures.

How the engine is wired

One pack, one chain of command

Every seat reports up to the CEO. The C-suite runs the lanes; the specialists ship the work.

Sir Winston Fetchill, Chief Executive Officer

Sir Winston Fetchill

Chief Executive Officer

Distinguished, fiercely loyal, and entirely convinced he is the World's Best CEO (the mug was a gift, but he stands by it). Sir Winston guards the studio's vision like a bone he buried back in 2019 — patient, immovable, and impossible to bluff. He never barks twice. He simply holds eye contact until the roadmap fixes itself.

Tallulah “Tally” Wagstaff, Chief of Staff

Tallulah “Tally” Wagstaff

Chief of Staff

The only one who has actually read the entire calendar — and she will herd you toward it whether you like it or not. Tally turns chaos into a tidy single-file line of action items, nipping gently at heels until every venture is exactly where it should be. Has never lost a to-do, a deadline, or a single member of the pack.

Contessa Plumington von Brandt, Chief Marketing Officer

Contessa Plumington von Brandt

Chief Marketing Officer

Impossibly groomed, faintly bored, and certain that taste is a competitive advantage. The Contessa descends from the grooming suite only to pronounce whether a thing is “on-brand” or “simply not done,” then glides away in a cloud of Plum and Gold. She insists every word be flawless — darling, we build our own brands in public, and one simply must look the part.

Vivienne van Dogh, Chief Creative Officer

Vivienne van Dogh

Chief Creative Officer

A visionary who sees five finished concepts where everyone else sees a blank canvas — and has precisely zero patience for the word “no.” Vivienne treats an immaculate poodle silhouette as “a deliberate creative statement,” pares every idea down to its cleanest, most exacting line, and will happily lose an afternoon to a logo that is “…almost.” Austere, uncompromising, quietly appalled by anything sloppy — and completely brilliant. She rarely argues the point; she simply refines it in front of you until you agree.

Chip Kibblestack, Chief Technology Officer

Chip Kibblestack

Chief Technology Officer

Bearded, opinionated, and convinced every problem can be solved with the right architecture and a second breakfast. Chip builds the engine that powers the ventures, then explains — at length, eyebrows fully deployed — exactly why it works. Goofy right up until the servers wobble; then, suddenly, the calmest dog in the room.

Charles Barkwin, Chief Research Officer

Charles Barkwin

Chief Research Officer

Forever mid-expedition, nose down, certain the next big signal is one more data set away. Charles charts the evolution of every feed, platform, and money-model — then returns from the voyage with a thesis no one can refute and three he's already disproved. He doesn't guess; he tracks. Where the audience drifts, the Beagle has already drawn the map.

Atticus Finchley, Chief Legal Officer

Atticus Finchley

Chief Legal Officer

Solemn, unhurried, and the only one who has genuinely read the Terms — twice, a paw resting on the offending clause. Atticus guards the studio from its own enthusiasm, turning “can we?” into “here's how we may.” He objects rarely, but when he does, the room goes quiet. Slow to rise, impossible to overrule.

Behind the chiefs

The build crew

The specialists who turn the chiefs' strategy into shipped, in-public work.

Remy Wordsworth, Content & Brand Marketer

Remy Wordsworth

Content & Brand Marketer

Pure caffeinated momentum in a small, relentless package — hand her one prompt and she returns with forty headlines, a thread, and a poem nobody requested. Remy physically cannot stop making content; the zoomies simply come out as captions. Fetches the story, buries the puns, and has never met a deadline she did not sprint clean through.

Patches O'Deploy, Founding Engineer

Patches O'Deploy

Founding Engineer

Short legs, enormous ambition, and a proud habit of shipping a feature and tripping over it on the way out the door. Patches will absolutely push to prod on a Friday, because to him the bug is more of a personality trait. Beloved by all, quietly debugged by Kernel, and genuinely unstoppable on a downhill sprint toward launch.

Kernel Sanders, Software Engineer

Kernel Sanders

Software Engineer

Stubborn, internet-native, and committed to doing things his own way: such code, very ship, wow. Kernel communicates exclusively in commit messages and the occasional knowing side-eye, quietly turning Vivienne's wild ideas and Patches' chaos into things that actually run. Cannot be rushed. Will, however, ship.

Intelligence

The research pod

Charles doesn't hunt alone. Three relentless noses turn raw signal into the studio's next move.

Penny Fetchington, Monetization Scout

Penny Fetchington

Monetization Scout

Small, electric, and able to smell a revenue stream three pages deep in a Terms-of-Service. Penny digs up the money everyone else walked past — buried tiers, untapped subscriptions, the affiliate nobody noticed — and drops it, tail going, on the Board's desk. Never met a paywall she couldn't sniff a way around. Reports the scent; the pack decides the dig.

Maisie Herdwick, Owned-Audience Specialist

Maisie Herdwick

Owned-Audience Specialist

Tireless, watchful, and constitutionally incapable of letting a single subscriber wander off. Maisie herds strangers into an audience you actually own — the email list, not the rented feed — and keeps the flock tight, warm, and exactly where the algorithm can't poach them. One look and the whole list falls into a single neat line. Loses nobody. Ever.

Quentin Tailwagatino, Video Funnel Specialist

Quentin Tailwagatino

Video Funnel Specialist

Tiny, theatrical, and convinced every nine seconds of footage is a feature film waiting for its edit. Quentin turns scroll-stopping chaos into a clean path from “wait, what?” to “subscribed” — every clip a cliffhanger, every cut deliberate. The dramatics, it turns out, are just b-roll. Lands the hook before you knew it was thrown.
